PARKING IN FIRE LANES
The security service will be out on the Association property in order to assist the Association in enforcing the Rules and Regulations. The security guard will be the individual contacting the towing company and requesting that vehicles parked in fire lanes be towed away at the owner’s expense.
Any vehicle parked in a fire lane for any amount of time will be subject to immediate towing at the owner’s expense.
In the event that your vehicle is towed away, you will need to contact the towing company directly in order to make arrangements to pick up your vehicle at your expense.
In the event you have a situation that needs the guard’s attention, you are welcome to contact him directly and inform him of the situation at (909) 931-1030.
For any reason after contacting the security service, and the security officer is not available, and you are having a problem with someone parked in front of your garage, you are more than welcome at that time to contact the towing company directly as they will provide you with the appropriate towing paperwork. If you are willing to sign the paperwork authorizing the tow, they will be more than willing to come out and tow the vehicle away at the vehicle owner’s expense in order to assist you.
